John A. Manire.

(Philip, John, William, John)
was born 1807 in Garrard County, Kentucky.

John was counted in a census Jun 26 1860 in 9th Civil District, Chapel Hill, Tennessee - Pg. 143 -01 - John A. Manier, Age 54, Farmer. He was employed as a Farmer in 1860 in 9th Civil District, Chapel Hill, Tennessee.

John married Frances J. LEE on Jul 14 1847. Frances was born May 5 1815 in Virginia. She died Sep 17 1871 and was buried Sep 1871 in Old Union Church of Christ Cemetery in Carroll County, Mississippi.

They had the following children:
+ F   i.     Addie Lenora MANIRE was born about 1848.
+ M  ii.    John H. MANIRE was born Jul 18 1854 and died Apr 21 1910.

 My Notes:
Benjamin Franklin Manire's father is a John A. Manire who was married to a Mary Smith who died 1847. Could his father be this John A. Manire? The dates are reasonable for it to be his father if Mary Smith was his first wife and she died early in the year of 1847. He could have then married Frances J. Lee and had 2 more kids. I just need to find documentation supporting this theory.
